Feijoada

Feijoada is one of the most traditional dishes in the Brazilian cuisine and it's conventional to eat it on Saturdays, listening to live “Samba” and drinking “Caipirinhas”.

 

The dish is a black bean stew that is brewed with a variety of salted and smoked pork and beef products and it’s served with a variety of sides creating an amazing meal full of flavours and colours.

 

In our home restaurant, the “Feijoada” is served in a buffet style as we eat in Brazil and is the perfect event to gather the ones we love.

 

Feijoada is not just a dish but a ritual that connects people.
